The Brigham and Women’s Hospital Primary Care Center of Excellence delivers high-quality, patient-centered care based on strong relationships between our patients and our physicians. Our primary care has 16 sites with 2 community health centers, with more than 200 physicians and 45 NPs/PAs. The Primary Care Center of Excellence has a mission for education, research, and the clinical practice of primary care. Dedicated to improving the health and well-being of patients and families, our providers offer a variety of services, ranging from routine annual exams to comprehensive evaluation and diagnosis, expert treatment, and seamless coordination of care with specialists.
