American Medical Association Minority Affairs Consortium (AMA-MAC)
The American Medical Association Minority Affairs Section (MAS) addresses the issues and concerns of underrepresented minority physicians and improving the health of minority populations. The MAS provides a national forum for advocacy on minority health issues and professional concerns of minority physicians and medical students.

Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC)
The AAMC leads and serves the academic medicine community to improve the health of people everywhere. Founded in 1876 and based in Washington, D.C., the AAMC is a not-for-profit association dedicated to transforming health through medical education, health care, medical research, and community collaborations.

Association of Black Cardiologists (ABC)
Founded in 1974, the Association of Black Cardiologists, Inc., (ABC) is a nonprofit organization with an international membership of over 2,000 health professionals, lay members of the community (Community Health Advocates), corporate members, and institutional members. The ABC is dedicated to eliminating the disparities related to cardiovascular disease in all people of color. Today, the ABC’s public and private partnerships continue to increase our impact in communities across the nation. The Association of Black Cardiologists, Inc. is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Our mission is to diversify the neurosciences by building a community that celebrates and empowers Black scholars and professionals in neuroscience-related fields.

National Medical Association (NMA)
The National Medical Association (NMA) is the collective voice of African American physicians and the leading force for parity and justice in medicine and the elimination of disparities in health. The National Medical Association (NMA) is the largest and oldest national organization representing African American physicians and their patients in the United States.

National Hispanic Medical Association (NHMA)
Established in 1994 in Washington, DC, the National Hispanic Medical Association (NHMA) is a non-profit association representing the interests of 50,000 licensed Hispanic physicians in the United States. NHMA is dedicated to empowering Hispanic physicians to be leaders who will help eliminate health disparities and improve the health of Hispanics.

Association of Black Women Physicians
The Association of Black Women Physicians is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization established in 1982 that is committed to community health literacy and public health advocacy. We provide an ongoing forum to support the success of African-American women in medicine, science, and public health.

SACNAS Advancing Chicanos/Hispanics & Native Americans in Science
SACNAS is an inclusive organization dedicated to fostering the success of Chicanos/Hispanics and Native Americans, from college students to professionals, in attaining advanced degrees, careers, and positions of leadership in STEM.

Black Healthcare and Medical Association
The Black Healthcare & Medical Association (BHMA) is a global, independent, non-profit professional membership organization for Blacks and African-Americans in the healthcare and life sciences industries.

American Medical Women’s Association
